All we need are your recipes, handwritten, roughly typed, however you keep them currently. LineRat Ventures will standardize them, organize them, and supply you with resources your staff can use to maintain industry standards.
What we are offering
We will take your recipes and reformat them to create clean, easy to read recipes organized by category, printed and bound in plastic page protectors in a durable binder. Recipes will include steps and instructions anyone can follow.
Your binder will include resources such as waste logs, cooking and cooling logs, temp logs, a flavor wheel, a section on spice theory, and more!
We can do the same for your bar, bakery, or catering operations.
